I'm trying to translate zeroboard into Russian and more than 50% is complete now. However, there's a little problem, zeroboards' layout is made for korean language, and as well suits for chinese and japanese. But in russian, every word has much more length than korean, so it falls out of the boxes and other elements of desgin.
I love this board and I'd like to support it. You should be care of this problem and let zboard to be international! cuz it's cool!

Yep, of coz, I'd like to support the project, so I'll join you. Never used SVN before
... tho... Right now downloading SVN client to make it clear how this thing works.
I didn't observe this site carefully, bcoz most part is in Korean (I don't know KRN... but i'd like to know...
). So what account info I need to connect SVN?...
As for the sample page with Russian, I've just checked the zeroboard site's, bcoz I haven't been here for a long time since it was non-XE. I started to like Zeroboard since I saw a site of korean female gamer - Lena Lee. It was powered by zboard....... it was 4 yrs ago. And now I re-checked it, and found, to my wonder, that it's under GPL and in English... So I've downloaded just to test it on my local server. In short :), I have no saple.
Soon, in 3-5 days, I'll complete the translating...

Hello :)
It's great!
I checked it, and add them into the svn sandbox. You can check it from http://trac.zeroboard.com/trac/changeset/3027 .
The module names are not changed becuase, it is written in conf/info.xml, not in language file it self. You should add some more translation in conf/info.xml for each module.
To allow you to modify and to commit the codes, we should set up svn account. I have sent a message about it.
Thanks.

Hi!
Okay, thax, now it's clear what I've been missing... ^_^
Tho... now I got busy for some time, I'll try to add these info.xml's and fix some incorrent strings in my traslation that sound weird in russian... I hope it'll be done soon. :)
Thax for setting up an acoount for me.
However, I still feel very unfamiliar with the SVN, even if SVN keeps tracks and backups of all commited files, it's possible to damage some updated files back to its previous versions or smth else...
Could you plz give me some tips about SVN and what client do you use? or your recommeandations about the best in ur opinion client for Windows or Linux (I use openSUSE 10.2 and WinXP depanding on the tasks). I guess GUI one is better.

Hi :)
You don't need to hurry too much. Take it easy.
And for svn, while using it, conflicts may occur. Then users should reorganize it to remove the conflicts.
However, it's not possible to modify "older" version in the repository. It's quite safe.
Most popular svn clients for Windows is Tortoise(http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/).
It's easy to learn how to use it.
As soon as, zero sets up your svn account, I'll send a message. :)

I think that we should find the way to change the layout with the translated version.
If you can use svn and you would like to, could you join us to include the Russian version into the main package?
And if you have a sample homepage with Russian, could you let us kwow the address to check the problem?
Many thanks!
